I have not received an invoice

As your purchase contract is with our international reseller, Digital River/MyCommerce, you will be invoiced by this company. If you wish to pay by bank transfer (Wire Transfer), you will receive an order confirmation including their bank details. Following receipt of payment, they normally send you a copy of the invoice as a PDF file to your MyCommerce Share-It order confirmation email.
