The IBExpert Encryption Plugin for Firebird enables you to securely encrypt your Firebird 3 and Firebird 4 databases (also embedded).

We offer the IBExpert Encryption Plugin as an OEM version as follows:

Works on Windows with Firebird 3 and Firebird 4 32/64 bit.
Works on Linux with Firebird 3 32/64 bit.
Guaranteed functionality with the current Firebird 3.0.8/4.0.1 versions.
Guaranteed functionality for future versions only with annual maintenance.
Documented functionality with sample source codes in Delphi and Lazarus.
Additional support for the implementation can be ordered using our hotline packages.

Unlimited distribution of the module together with the license holder's software products without separate activation.
Isolated distribution, i.e., not together with the license holder’s software products or as freeware, is not allowed.

OEM compiled version, i.e., the OEM edition includes an individualized DLL file with the license holder's domain.

For the provision of the current binary version, we charge a single fee of EUR 2,950 (excl. annual maintenance).

IBExpert Encryption Plugin Update Subscription Annual Maintenance (recommended):

The annual maintenance includes the delivery of updated versions, if Windows or Firebird versions require modifications.
This is invoiced directly with the main order, so that all updates are included for 12 months from delivery.

The IBExpert Encryption Plugin Update Subscription Annual Maintenance cannot be ordered retrospectively, but only as an extension when ordering the Encryption Plugin, and is charged annually in advance. If no IBExpert Encryption Plugin Update Subscription Annual Maintenance has been ordered, or the subscription period interrupted, the IBExpert Encryption Plugin Update Subscription Annual Maintenance cannot be ordered at a later date. If the annual maintenance is not paid directly and in subsequent years without interruption by the payment deadline, this option is not applicable. For new updates, the full product must then be ordered again.

Annual maintenance fee: EUR 1,250 payable annually in advance.
