What is in the kit?

All of the kits contain all of the components needed to install the Firebird server:

• The Firebird server executable.
• One or more client libraries.
• The command-line tools.
• The standard user-defined function libraries.
• A sample database.
• The C header files (not needed by beginners).
• Release notes – essential reading!
