F_FIRSTDAYMONTH

• input/output-compatibility to rFunc (FIRSTDAYMONTH)
• Compatible with UTF-8
• Input TIMESTAMP date optionally time
• Output TIMESTAMP Date with 1st day of month as date with time 00:00:00

Expected results:
