Hotline support billed by the minute
Languages spoken: English and German. Including remote support using PCVisit. All questions regarding Firebird, InterBase®, Delphi®, IBExpert and Lazarus are welcome. Your prepaid account will be debited with the exact number of minutes the remote or telephone session has lasted.
We provide billing by the minute, and when you call our hotline number you are transferred directly to someone who can help.
You are able to quickly and easily take advantage of our Firebird, InterBase®, IBExpert, Lazarus, Delphi® or FastReport® know-how. This is how it works: purchase one of our prepaid standard hotline packages in our online shop or by e-mail to email@example.com. Following receipt of payment you can register or login into the IBExpert Download Center with your email address. In the IBExpert Download Center you can view an up-to-date log of your calls, the remaining minutes of your hotline contingent and your prepaid code, as well as the standard hotline telephone number. You should quote the prepaid code to our staff when you call. Remaining minutes of this hotline contingent can be redeemed at a later date.
As part of the IBExpert and Firebird Standard Hotline, you can also take advantage of support services, by which no phone call is necessary. When booking one of our packages at the Standard Hotline rates, we will offer an appointment within 10 working days; unfortunately an immediate appointment is not possible.
Express surcharge: If you require our support at short notice, or after office hours, on weekends and public holidays, the debiting of minutes used during these times is subject to a 50% surcharge.
Please appreciate that we generally can only assign appointments, if you have a valid prepaid account.
